3. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be at least 18 years old to access our services.

  • By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

4. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

A. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments via Credit Cards, PayPal, and Stripe

B. Refunds

  • Online Courses: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Coaching & Consulting: Refunds are not available once sessions have started. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Retreats & Workshops: Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations within 10 days of the event are non-refundable.

C. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Failure to show up for a scheduled session or event does not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

  • All content on this Website and within our services (including text, graphics, logos, and course materials) is our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

  • Purchasing a course or service grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content but not to distribute, resell, or share it.

  • Any personal insights or discussions shared in coaching or mastermind sessions must remain confidential among participants.

8. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

For all group programs, masterminds, and retreats:
Respect all members – No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
Confidentiality is key – What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
Constructive participation – Engage in discussions with positive intent.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the program without a refund.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions).
